COMMENTS: The best! I've been making bath and body products since 2004. I've tried several different thermometers, including 2 laser guns, and this is the one I like the best. The extra long probe keeps my fingers well away from lye solution and hot oils. The digital readout is easy to use, altho I wish the letters were a little larger (old eyes! LOL)
