Directions:
This is a cold mix base, so no heating is required. But, it can be heated up to 104F (40C) to thin base to make it easier to mix fragrance or additives. We recommend adding scent directly to the base and hand stirring with a spatula, limiting the incorporation of air.

"What containers do the 4 and 8 lb products come in? It would be really helpful to have all containers pictured for the sizes, especially with a product that is too thick for most pumps. I’d need to know if I could handle it by myself or not. The same goes for many other products I’ve been considering trying but especially this one. Please show containers and also whether or not they themselves come with pumps for divvying it up. Thank you!"

"Hi, I noticed the product description says it is vegan friendly but there are a few ingredients that may make this a non-animal-friendly product. Forgive me for being so blunt, but isn't horsetail extract just another word for horsehair? If not then please clarify as to what its use in your products would be; thank you!"

Staff Answer This product is considered to be vegan. Horsetail extract is actually derived from the horsetail plant (equisetum arvense) and is thought to have antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory, and antioxidant properties.
