Our Peppermint EO has been twice distilled. This means that the oil is reheated after the 1st distillation and it goes through a re-distillation process that produces a higher menthol content & gives a delicious, sweet candy cane-like natural essence. Peppermint is beloved for many reasons, including its cooling effect in products applied to the skin. But, this is a highly concentrated oil, so please use caution & start with lower percentages & increase as necessary. It should never be used on mucous membranes or sensitive areas.

COMMENTS: I used this oil for an all-natural cold process soap and the scent retention is amazing! I also topped the soap with Elements Bath & Body peppermint leaves to tie it all together. Very pleased with the results. Will purchase again for lip balms.

COMMENTS: Outstanding quality essential oil with an extremely vast amount uses! Keep the squirrels out of your garden HUMANELY with this EO! It won't harm your plants, but the squirrels sure hate it lol! Just soak cottonballs with this EO & place them around the perimeter of your garden and/or around particular plants they're partial to EATING... They'll stay away! An excellent, eco-friendly way to enjoy your garden (AND wildlife!) without harming the local critters or resorting to the use of harmful pesticides, poisons and/or chemicals! This is just one of MANY MANY ways to benefit from this wonderful EO! I'll be back for more for sure... The quality & service here is EXCELLENT & so very appreciated!
