***A customer has notified us that they are pulling the sprayer off before applying the base and then re applying the sprayer. They are not experiencing the issue below using this method, however you will need to test and verify with your own formulation.***
***Please note, these containers initially "leak" a few drops of whatever liquid you put in them. The reason for this is the pressure from snapping on the base pushes a small amount of liquid into an air gap below the sprayer. After filling, capping and turning the bottle right side up, you can see this gap just below the sprayer nozzle where liquid is trapped. A few vigorous shakes (10-15) will untrap that liquid, though. The liquid is not coming from the sprayer so it should not be a recurring issue. We recommend filling, shaking, then applying label. We highly recommend initially purchasing a small quantity for testing and evaluating as each formulation may yield a different result. COMMENTS: These have been awesome for sample room/linen sprays, purse-size body spray, and MOST IMPORTANT...hand sanitizer. I started by slipping one in each order as a thanks, but now have to sell them as an individual product. My customers LOVE these! A little of the liquid does accumulate under the cap when it's first filled, but popping off the cap first, then filling totally eliminates the issue. Will definitely buy another box. Many thanks!
