HOW TO CONTACT US?
Your questions, comments, & suggestions are greatly appreciated. For fastest response, please send an email via the below contact form as that is the best way to reach us. In order to offer wholesale pricing, we keep staff to a minimum and are not available by phone. Our goal is to get your order shipped ASAP! We respond to emails frequently throughout the day, though & look forward to hearing from you!

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Orders ship in 1-3 business days.

DO YOU OFFER LOCAL PICKUP?
Sorry, our warehouse has no showroom/retail area & local pickup is not available.

CAN I ADD TO, MODIFY OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
In an effort to expedite order processing time & ship all orders ASAP, many automated systems are in place and we cannot cancel or make changes to orders. There are many "parts in motion" once an order is received and there are multiple steps necessary to make a change to an order. Rather than increasing our prices to pay additional staff for order changes, we feel it is most fair to all customers to focus on shipping orders as quickly as possible. We understand that sometimes an item is going to be forgotten and for this reason, we require no order minimum. We also offer shipping via both Fedex and USPS Priority, so instead of adding to an existing order, we ask that you place a separate order. Please check your order carefully before finalizing it.

CAN I COMBINE ORDERS?
We are unable to combine orders that are placed separately.

SAMPLES
Due to the volume of free sample requests we receive, we do not ship samples for free. But, we require no minimum order and offer as few as 1 of any item for purchase. Shipping is offered via both USPS and Fedex.

DO WE OFFER FORMULATING ADVICE?
We make every effort to provide as much information as possible regarding our products. For legal reasons, we are limited as to what "advice" we can offer regarding formulating. Creating your own products is a very personal thing, so what works for one person & in one market may not work for another. We encourage you to thoroughly test and evaluate products prior to making them available to your customers.

DO WE SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes, we ship all over the world! A full list of the countries to which we ship can be found on our Policies page http://www.elementsbathandbody.com/policies. To view shipping rates for international, you will need to register on our site, add desired items to cart & then click "calculate shipping".

WHERE IS MY TRACKING NUMBER?
Please check your Spam folder. The confirmation of your order as well as Completion notification with tracking details are automatically sent to the email address you provide on the invoice. These often get caught in Spam folders. If you created a username & password, you can easily login your account to view all of your account history. Once logged in, just click on ORDER HISTORY to view details about all of your orders. If you did not create an account you can view your tracking number by using our View Tracking feature.

In case of damaged product or receipt of wrong product please email us directly at info@elementsbb.com. To assist in resolving the issue as quickly as possible, please include a photo of product and invoice.
