Staff Answer Jojoba beads can be used to add color to a product or as an exfoliate to soap or scrubs.

"Aloha from Hawaii: could the black vita burst beads be used in a dry face mask formula? Also, what's crystal microdermabrasion? How is that different from the banded microdermabrasion or is it the same? Mahalo, Lori"

Staff Answer You can use the vita burst beads in a dry face mask. When they are mixed in with a liquid, they will soften and burst upon contact with the skin. We would suggest doing some research on the different types of microdermabrasion as this is not something we are too familiar with.
