Staff Answer This product should not discolor as it is made with butters which do not discolor. If you wish, you can certainly use a vanilla color stabilizer. For this product, we would recommend the stabilizer for CP.

Staff Answer The equipment is stated in the recipe for this kit. It recommends using a 1.5" ice cream scoop with a squeeze handle.
