I got my order today, and I have to say that you guys spoil me too much!! I can always depend upon my order being packed with care, but it's like a birthday with the neat samples you send.
I've noticed that some businesses have cut back on the "little extras" with the economy, but you haven't. The extra samples of fragrance have hooked me on some additional ones from those I ordered. I just received the L'Occitaine Honey (type) fragrance oil and holy cow am I in LOVE!! Most "type" FO's smell similar but not exact, or (even worse) sometimes they don't smell anything LIKE the original. But this one is identical! Love, love, love it!

I am just starting out and placed an order with two different places. In my order from Elements was a sample (Thank you!) of a fragrance oil. It was Green Irish Tweed type, and Man! Oh! Man!! Did it smell great!! I did not buy any fragrance from Elements, but from the other company, and truthfully, the Elements scent was HANDS DOWN way better than all the other scents from the other company combined. I just wanted to say thank you for the great service, products, and lightning-fast shipping time. It's so nice to find a small company that really cares about service and quality. I've been making my own shower gels, bath salts and lotions for a while now, and decided to start doing my own lip balm also. I found your site and am so happy that you offer just about everything I need for all of the stuff I make for myself. I really appreciate the "no minimums" as I only make small amounts for personal use, and I also love the waterproof labels so I can "spiff up" my bottles and jars. I have been shopping from Elements for over a year now and am continually impressed by their service and prices. I rarely have problems, but when I do, they promptly correct the problem without giving me a hard time, which I can't generalize to other similar companies. Also, their prices are phenomenal. I live in Canada and even after the exchange and customs, it's still worth it to shop at Elements over local companies. I love your selection. Keep up the good work.

Just wanted to thank you for making my life so much easier! This was my first order from you and I will for sure be ordering again. The waterproof labels have revived my passion for making lip balm again, I was getting frustrated by putting my old way of putting labels on, and that shouldn't be a problem when you're trying to create. I literally made my design (which took me minutes) printed it out, waited for the ink to dry (which was the hardest part) and slapped it on the tube! And the lip tube boxes made of 70% post consumer recycled material is perfect for my all natural products. I'm so glad I found you! Thank you soooo much!!!

I forgot to say what a great job you all did with my last order. I just wanted to say thanks. Also I love the way I can go back and look at past invoices. I was figuring cost on my Gardener's Soap and could not find what I paid for the walnut hulls I purchased from you. I guesstimated the cost at $7 (included shipping), I was way off!!! The correct price brought my cost way down, and increased my profit margin.Thanks again for that feature!!!!

I've heard many times that businesses only hear from the "unhappy" customers and not usually from the "happy" customers - with this in mind I thought I better send you a line. I placed an order on Sunday night requesting, if possible, be shipped out on Monday. I received my order today (Wednesday) and have to say I am so impressed with the quick shipment and quality of the products. I placed the order thinking if I like the products I'll order more when needed and I most certainly do like the products! I also appreciate the freebies - very nice - I'll have to get some of those hopefully. Thank you so much for your service and I hope to be placing another order soon! :)
