I don't normally send emails to companies that I purchase items from, but this time I MUST make an exception. I could not believe how quickly I received the items I purchased. It only too 4 days (with the weekend in between) to get my items! I just received my most recent order from you. Although some of your oils (for soap making) are a touch more than other places I use, I love your selection....what I want to thank you for is the fact that you not only take such great care to pack our orders and get them to us quickly, but you go that extra mile and do additional, helpful things like adding the flash points on each label! I REALLY appreciate you doing this! I also like your invoice...it's organized and easy to follow...AND that you don't pack our orders in unnecessary, over-sized boxes which end up usually costing us more. ALL of this is appreciated by us here. Thank you!!!

Hi, I have been buying fragrances from you for a while now and I do buy from others as well, but I must say, the fragrances I get from you are always so true to what I expect them to be. Others may have lower prices, but theirs don't smell as good as your fragrances. One example is your buttermilk and honey, I choose that as a free sample in my latest order and it is superb! Will be ordering some soon...I bought some from another supplier and it smells like the bathrooms in a rest area! Not the smell I want in my soaps....thanks for having such true to smell fragrances.
