Your questions, comments, & suggestions are greatly appreciated. For fastest response, please send an email via the below contact form as that is the best way to reach us. We are often not available by phone during standard "office hours" because we are in the warehouse working hard to get orders shipped ASAP. In order to offer wholesale pricing, we keep staff to a minimum. We are able to respond to emails frequently throughout the day, though & look forward to hearing from you!

FREE SAMPLES
Due to the volume of requests we receive, we do not offer free samples unless you are placing an order with us. Free samples are typically included in orders of $20+. We require no minimum order, though, so please feel free to order samples for testing and evaluating.
WHERE IS MY TRACKING NUMBER?
Please check your Spam folder. The confirmation of your order as well as Completion notification with tracking details are automatically sent to the email address you provided. These often get placed in the Spam folder. If you created a username & password, you can easily login your account to view all of your account history. Once logged in, just click on ORDER HISTORY, then SEARCH to view details about all of your orders.
DO WE OFFER FORMULATING ADVICE
We make every effort to provide as much information as possible regarding our products. For legal reasons, we are limited as to what "advice" we can offer regarding formulating, though. Creating your own products is a very personal thing, so what works for one person & in one market may not work for another. We encourage you to thoroughly test and evaluate all of your products prior to making them available to the consumer.
DO WE SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes, we ship all over the world! A full list of the countries to which we ship can be found on our Policies page http://www.elementsbathandbody.com/policies. To view shipping rates for international, you will need to register on our site, add desired items to cart & then click "calculate shipping".
CAN I ADD TO OR MODIFY MY ORDER?
Due to the volume of order add-on & change requests received, we have implemented a $3 fee to cover the manual processing time required if you request any changes to your order. We make every effort to ship all orders ASAP and there are many "parts in motion" once an order is received. If you'd like to make a change to your order, please send the request via the below form & note that you authorize the $3 change fee. So that your order is not delayed, please specify what change(s) you'd like to make. If we are able to accommodate the request, we will make the adjustment & charge your credit card accordingly for the change plus any difference in shipping.
