We've chosen the industry leader of soap base, SFIC, because they offer superior quality products with natural ingredients. Castile soaps are highly moisturizing, provide excellent lather, and contain no unnecessary chemicals. Castile soap is the 'old time' soap made for hundreds of years. Our castile soap base is made from mainly olive oil & 25-30% of that is Kosher grade A extra virgin olive oil. The amount of our other ingredients has been modified to make a hard soap base rather than a paste as many traditional castile recipes. Melt & pour soap bases are an ideal way to hand craft your own soap without the extra time, expense and experience needed to make soap "from scratch". Just melt in any microwave safe bowl, add fragrance, pour into molds & you're done! Super easy & fun for both adults & kids.

I have to say I was really delighted to find a melt & pour soap of this quality. I have been making soap from scratch for many years, but have become too busy to spend the time lately. This soap lathers beautifully and is very creamy and moisturizing. I will be buying several types to test.
