There is nothing technically wrong w/these shrink bands and they will perform well and shrink perfectly well when you apply heat from a household blow dryer or heat gun. But, they were manufactured incorrectly because most do not have a perforation. Your customer will still easily be able to remove the shrink sleeve with the aid of scissors.
