Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Checks, Money Orders, and Cashier's Checks. Allow 7-10 days processing for payments made by check, money order or cashier's check. Any checks that do not clear will be assessed a $25 service fee. If paying by Paypal ECheck, your order will not ship until payment clears.
DECLINED CREDIT CARD?
If your credit card is declined and you are confident you entered the correct expiration date & security code, please first call your credit card company & ask why they declined the charge. Credit card companies decline cards for a variety of reasons, but it is typically for your security. Once the matter is resolved, you can complete your order online or email us if you are having
difficulties completing your order.

HackerSafe tests and certifies our site daily to pass the McAfee Secure Security Scan. Research indicates sites remotely scanned for known vulnerabilities on a daily basis, can prevent over 99% of hacker crime.
You can see that our site is secure when you click on the "view cart" or "checkout" buttons and the "http" changes to "https". This means you have been transferred to a secure server and any info entered will be encrypted. Credit card numbers are never stored.
We respect your right to privacy & agree to never share or sell any of your personal information. This info is collected for the sole purpose of our billing, shipping and weekly newsletter (which you may opt out from at any time). No one likes spam & we will protect your personal info!
We strive for 24 hour turnaround time or less, but orders can take up to 3 days to ship. Large orders may take additional time & we will notify you if there is any delay. We ship via UPS and USPS Priority. Sorry, we do not offer Parcel Post. Please remember that our turnaround time for shipping is 1-3 days and the shipping company you choose (UPS or USPS) will also require transit time to get the order from our door to yours. Please allow plenty of time when placing your order. Shipments are prepared in the order they are received, but if you pay for an expedited shipping option (other than UPS Ground or USPS Priority), we will work to to get your shipment sent within 24 hours. We request that you send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to notify us that an expedited shipping option has been chosen, though. This does not guarantee that your order will ship same day, but b/c orders are prepared in the order received, your email notification may assist in expediting the order.
Minimum shipping rates are charged at the time your order is placed & will reflect in your shopping cart during checkout. We highly recommend maximizing shipping costs by consolidating as many items into 1 order as possible. If the shipping rate of your order is underestimated by $5.00 or less, you hereby authorize us to charge your credit card for the difference due without first contacting you. This ensures your order is not delayed.
International and APO orders will be assessed an additional $5.00 processing fee as these require additional time and paperwork.
CAN I ADD ON OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
In an effort to expedite order processing
time & ship orders ASAP, order processing is automated. Due to the large volume of order add-on & change requests we receive, we have implemented a $3 charge if you request to make any changes to your order. We cannot guarantee that an order can be modified, but we will make a change if it is possible. There are many "parts in motion" once an order is received and there are many steps necessary to make a change to an order, so please check your order carefully prior to finalizing it.
SHIPPING INSURANCE, SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION & LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
Shipping insurance on USPS domestic orders is optional. To request insurance on any USPS order, please make a notation in the Instructions/Comments section when going through the Checkout process & we will charge you for this when your order is ready to ship. USPS will not replace or reimburse for lost or damaged packages that do not have insurance. Elements is not responsible for packages once they have left our facility.
If you would like to require a signature when your package is
delivered, please make a note in the Instructions/Comments section
during Checkout & we will add this fee to your invoice (minimum
UPS automatically offers $100 of insurance on lost or damaged packages. (For orders over $100, we will notify you of any add'l costs prior to shipping.)
USPS PRIORITY DELAYS
Please note that USPS Priority transit time is typically 2-5 days within the US, but they do not guarantee a specific delivery time. If the package is delayed, a claim cannot be filed for 30 days. Unfortunately, this is not something that Elements can control. USPS Priority is NOT an expedited option.
INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
Please be advised that if you (the customer) provide us (Elements) with
an incorrect shipping address, or if you request a reroute of your
package, UPS will assess a service fee and we will charge $15. Whether
you make an error when the order is placed or if a request for an
address change is made after the order ships, the customer will be
responsible to pay this $15 fee.
UPS DOES NOT SHIP TO P.O. BOXES
If you choose UPS shipping and provide Elements with only a PO Box, one of 2 scenarios will occur:
1) Shipping labels are automatically generated by our warehouse. In the event your order ships to the PO Box you provide instead of to a physical address, you will be responsible for any fees associated with re-routing or returning the package. The charge for providing UPS with an incorrect address is $15 in addition to any return package fees and a $3 service fee for the additional time involved.
2) In the event the warehouse realizes that you provided us with only a PO Box prior to your order shipping, we have the option to ship your order USPS Priority instead. Additionally, USPS Priority is typically more expensive & we have the right to charge your credit card for the additional shipping plus a $3 service fee for the additional time involved.
RETURN POLICY PRODUCT TESTING
Due to the nature of our products, we have a "no return" policy as this
is the only way to ensure the integrity of the products each of our
customers receives. But, we require no order minimum & strongly
encourage testing in small quantities prior to making a large purchase.
This allows you the opportunity to thoroughly evaluate a product.
Individual product testing is always recommended to determine
compatibility with your finished products. We recommend initially ordering in
small quantities for evaluation prior to making a large purchase. We cannot be
responsible for incompatibility of your products with ours.

Insurance is required on international shipments so as to protect both the customer & Elements in the event that your package is lost or damaged. *** Please note that our shipping fees do not pay for Customs clearance or duty fees. Elements is not able to charge for Customs or duty fees when your order is placed because those are determined when your package reaches your country. You will be notified by your local authority if Customs, duty or additional fees are required.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS / WEEKLY SPECIALS
In order to expedite orders as quickly and efficiently as possible, we have implemented an Order Cancellation/Change Policy. Any order that is Canceled within one (1) hour of Order Date/Time will be free of any Payment Processing Cancellation Fee and/or Restocking Fee. Any order Canceled after the one (1) hour time frame will be assessed a Processing Cancellation Fee of 20% of the subtotal of your order.
Please be certain of what you are ordering prior to completing your order.
Orders cannot be canceled or changed so as to take advantage of weekly specials promoted from one week to another (the 1 hour time-frame does not apply). In fairness to all customers, we will not adjust invoices for discounts and promotions that were not in effect at the time your order was placed.
