Often, fragrance oils in soaps and candles, weaken considerably. Sweet Japanese Pear with Ginseng, stays true to the scent and strength. I used triple strength in soy wax and the candles are wonderful, great throw. In hot process soap I used a little over 5% and the scent is marvelous, and it hasn't lost any strength, through the hot process.
