Flavor oils are an aromatic addition to oil soluble products such as lip balms, lipsticks, body butters, & edible massage oils. Despite their name, flavor oils do not offer any real flavor, but the addition of sweetener can greatly enhances the "flavor". Recommended usage rate is 1-3%. (Your recipe can be multiplied by .03 and that final number is the weight of the flavor oil you should add.) Test with the smallest amount of flavor oil and then increase if desired.
As with any undiluted flavor or fragrance oil, always handle with care and in well ventilated area.  Contact exposure of undiluted flavor oils can cause burning of the skin and eyes.
